thinking of getting aftermarket rims. Im going from the stock 16" to 18's....My only question is..is it going to mess with my speedo? and if so how much would it cost to get it recalibrated?

As long as you get the right tire size to keep the overall diameter close to the same (a smaller sidewall tire) your speedo shouldn't change significantly. Sites like tirerack.com will usually pick the right tire size for you (within +-3% diameter of stock) for the rim size.
