FS:Complete Rear Disc Conversion
Posted: Tue Jun 04, 2013 7:15 am
I've had these sitting on the workbench for a while now, and I dont think i'll get around to installing them. This is everything you need to give your matrix/vibe the rear disk conversion (you may need 4 M10-1.25 x 35mm bolts, and maybe the banjo bolts if i cant find them in the garage, but i bet i can find them). These came off a early 2000's celica gts (i bought them from a member on newcelica)
The discs have recently been resurfaced and the e-brake shoes are in good shape. I've painted the calipers black with a dupicolor caliper paint kit, and installed brand new Hawk HPS pads. I also bought from Toyota a new set of the clips that hold the pad on as well (see pictures). The discs spin nice and smooth, so the bearings are in good shape (i've heard that rear bearings are expensive).
I'm on MO a lot more than genvibe, but i'll keep checking back.
Price: $400

On to the pictures.......
