Stupid question about silverstar lights

This might be a stupid question, so go ahead a laugh, I won't mind. But I wanted to know if the Sylvania Silverstar lights are high-low beam or are they just single intensity. The guy at Wal-mart wasn't very helpful, and I want to know before I spend a lot of money on it.

9003/H4 Silverstar bulbs are indeed High/Low beam! :Dhttp://
www.sylvania.com/auto/silverstar.htmYou can see the chart there that for the 9003 bulbs the wattage for 'em is also: 65 for low, and 72 for high beams.Replace the single bulb for your Vibe and you are set. Matrix owners have seperate high/low beam lights, I believe.
