Metallic clunk from rear right after hitting curb?

Hi, all.
About a month ago, I hit a curb with the right rear coming out of a parking lot at 15 mph.
It caused a bubble in the outside sidewall of the tire, which was replaced under road hazard warranty.
Over the last couple of weeks, I can hear a metallic clunk going over bumps, e.g., a 2" high driveway apron or a shallow pothole. Highway expansion joints or minor bumps do not cause the noise noise.
Only the right rear has the noise. Other wheels are normal.
2005 AWD.
Any guesses as to what I could've done to the back end?
