error P0420 on 2003 vibe

i have my CEL on and the error code is P0420, which reports the catalytic converter below efficiency. I have replaced my o2 sensor but the light is still on. pls anyone with solution?

Unfortunately, my vote is for needing to replace the catalytic converter

Yep time for a new CAT. Or at least try a defouler.
