Ford, GM Trump Toyota in Customer Loyalty, Experian Says

I cannot say I am too shocked over this. Toyota customer service blows. My experience with Toyota/Scion customer service regarding my 2012 Scion XB means that I will never buy another Toyota product

That's really sad, because the service I get at the local Toyota dealer is amazing...

Same here. The few times I have gone to the Parts Department at the local Toyota dealer, I have had nothing but positive experiences with the employees I've encountered. The same can be said for the GM dealer which is part of the same dealer group, but the GM dealer here in Sandwich is a whole 'nother story
!

Must be that most Toyota products are made in America, while the Ford and GM vehicles are made in Mexico or Canada.
