Where's the rest of it? It looks like maybe a foot of cargo space behind the back seat... If the seats fold flat I guess the two door wouldn't be bad as long as the back seat was for emergencies only.

Aww how cute, it's a baby Matrix!

Thanks, but no thanks, Toyota.
The cargo space does suck in that thing. We looked at the Prius C too, same thing. Honestly on very small cars, I prefer sedans since you get a lot more floor space in the trunk (which is more important to my needs than the ability to haul tall, bulky things that a hatchback would excel in.) It seems stupid for them to no longer offer the sedan.
I have no regrets choosing a Sonic turbo over this thing, I gotta say...

It's comments like this that help reinforce that Toyota is no longer the god they once were...
4-speed? Pass. Cars a segment up are coming with twice as many gears. It's plenty light, though... But that 4-speed in a 2013 makes you wonder if they'll bother updating the transmission for the new Corolla. If they don't it's a sign that Toyota isn't trying hard enough.

In 1990, the Yugo GLV was available with air conditioning and a three speed auto transmission. Nice to see Toyota can beat Yugo by one gear, 24 years later.
Today, the Yugo; Tomorrow, the Trabant! That's Toyota Driven!

It's only got 106hp... nowhere near enough to properly handle a 6spd auto and IMO not enough to handle ANY automatic. Besides, the average driver of these cars probably couldn't tell you what engine/transmission combo the had, litres/gears ect. If they're smart enough to know and care about even slight performance, they buy the stick!
