What did they run? I'm not sure about the fact of putting "double-sided" tape on the Vibe's paint!

I had them on our 90 Honda Civic, and I'm going to order some for the Vibe. I really liked them. I like to drive with my window cracked a 1/2 inch or so, ESPECIALLY when it's raining, and no rain gets in if you have them on. I checked at Advance Auto Parts today and they are $49.99, but I had checked at http://www.gmpartsdirect.com and they are $39.99 (plus s&h). There was a post a few weeks ago with a bunch of part #'s for various GM accessories for the Vibe and they were on it. I'll have to find that post and get myself some ordered.

I'm not a big fan of them. The just look odd to me. Plus I have seen tons of crappy cars with some of the vent visors missing and it looks bad. I'm sure you guys would all keep yours up, but something about them just looks weird. Post some pics when you get yours, maybe they will look cooler if i see 'em on a Vibe.

IMHO, I could better spend that money on silverstars or something...

i got my vent visors as soon as i found them. i paid $60 though! I love them. They make your window tint even more effective. the tape doesnt touch the paint, just the black part of the door

I want to get a set of these for my Vibe as well. I think I am going to get a Carflector for the hood as well. I don't want to turn my hood into a chipped mess.

i had a set on my tundra and they are great for those drizzling days and you want to roll the window down just a bit. also for rainy days at the drive thru.

A bit of qualification on my "I would never get them" reply...I wouldn't get them for the WINDOWS, but I'm considering one for the moonroof. Dunno if that's the same thing or not.

quote:I will get some whem they come out with some dark ones that go into the window track. www.weathertech.com has them in clear, but I want smoked ones. Same here. They are the kind that just snap into the window frame and don't require any glue or tape. The weathertech site showed some pics of them installed on a Matrix if you wanted an idea of what they looked like installed.

Yeah, they make some nice products. I've had their rubber floormats before and my boss had the cargo liner in his 2000 Lincoln Navigator. Their stuff is a bit more expensive than some others, but the quality justifies the expense in my opinion.
