Cold Weather and Clutch

Hi guys,
So the last week in Wisconsin has been pretty chilly 5-10F (-12 to -15 C) in the morning leaving for work. I just noticed today that my clutch was not returning back to position as fast as usual, pretty sluggy. So I think I've narrowed it down to either some water in the hydraulic lines freezing and creating a little obstruction, air in the lines, or a bad master/slave cylinder. If anyone else has any experience with this is would be awesome to hear some input. Thanks!

Ps. Not sure if this helps but replaced the clutch 13k ago.

Normal.

The clutch on my Vibe did that in cold weather... it was really slow at -40... It never caused any drivability issues.

Don't know if all models & years are the same or not. My 2009 Vibe GT manual does not show any sign of this yet BUT it could be the fact that the mileage is very low (13500 miles) and I have the 2.4l engine. It is garaged most of the time BUT once it is out there at a job site or other destination, it is subjected to the cold winter temps. I'll try to keep an eye on this over the winter and give you feedback in the spring

Its completely normal. Like star said....try it when its -40f/c

mine does it at around 20 or so degrees, just a lil slower than normal, no big deal to me. I expected it honestly, but one thing that aggrivates me is when the clutch creaks when I push it in.
