Okay, I have a 2009 Vibe with a low amount of driven milage. I owned the car new since June 21, 2008. It started at 1 mile. Today Dec 28-2012 I have approx. 9770 miles on it. I try to fill it with about 9-10 gallons of gas ONCE a month. When I bought the car Gas was closing in on $4.00/gal. I was not about to spent $40.00 to fill the tank every few weeks. So I cut back on driving a lot. Also note that I'm self-employed and work from home...but lately it seems that I am self-retired.

Is there anyone out there with less?

Hmmmmm ... that's going to be tough to beat Mine is low but not as low as yours. I've just over 13000 miles and was filled up only once since the GenVibe Erie Pa. meet back on July 4th Thats appx. 500 miles in 6 months I've had a dead battery a couple of times from it sitting "parked" for long extended periods. Although not self employed like you, I drive somebody else's commercial work truck pretty much every day and the Vibe gets more & more rest! It is finally seeing some mileage put on it as of two days ago, thanks to our recent snowfall The wife garages her G8GT during bad weather and drives my Vibe instead. Nice to hear that in about 20-30 years there just may be a couple of "still CLEAN" & hopefully rust free Vibes still on the road

I agree that 9770 miles is going to be hard to beat!

I look at used 2009 Vibes online every so often for the heck of it and I have noticed that both our 2009 GTs have relatively low mileage compared to most used 2009s out there. They both currently have approximately 35,700 miles. Both were purchased brand new. Mine had 76 miles on it because it was driven from another dealer and my mom's had 16 miles on it. While not really comparable to your 9770 miles, 35,700 is pretty low considering there are plenty of 2009 owners on here who have already surpassed 100,000+ miles (09vGT for example).

Just went out and checked mine. 8445 miles right now. I obviously don't have a life.

Great to meet another Vibe Owner that doesn't let driving milage go to extremes. There are better things in life then driving all day and night. And, one must put his money into food, shelter and taxes as well. Where I live, in NJ, one doesn't have to drive much to get to a store or a job.

So far your winning this milage race category.

I put that mileage on my KLR last year.... and my truck will reach that mark by April...
