Does anyone know what is going on with http://GrafxWerks.com ? I am not able to get on there site...are they out of business?

I did a google search and it looks like their site is down quite often according to other websites. They said to email Ryan directly at mail@grafxwerks.com I want to get a few things myself so I hope he is still in business.
