Sunroof Wind deflector -- Good idea or no?

I have seen these from time to time, and was curious if they were actually worth the plastic they're made of. I'm not entirely certain I like the clip-on mounting.
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayI ... 853217Does anyone have one of these on their Vibe, or has anyone had one on another vehicle?Thoughts, comments?

I've never quite understood these for any car that didn't have a pop out sunroof. There is already a deflector built in in sliding sunroofs. Anyone have any thoughts?

It seems like it would just restrict air flow! Just a thought!

I have one for sale. I had it on my car, and just don't use the sunroof enough to need it. It is the Toyota part that clips on. Make me an offer.....

Anyone have any thoughts?True.Though there was a TSB (or recall or something) on the G6. Sedans with the standard moonroof (not panoramic) were experiencing worse-then-usual wind noise, due to some design flaw or something in the built-in deflector. Pontiac was (may still be actually) giving sedan/standard-moonroof buyers the option to have a free deflector such as that above installed, to eliminate the problem.Seems they can do some good...

i actually don't like the deflectors. they steal sunroof space and keep all the wind out. isn't a sunroof supposed to let wind in the car. a la covertible style? i usually pull on the bilt in deflector to let even more air in.i guess i like the wind in my hair. lol
