I am having trouble finding a CAI for my 05 1zze the problem is the electronic throttle I know it is available for 2zze but will it fit on the 1zze that's the question any advice would be much appreciated thanks in advance

I actually have an 05 intake on my 04 with a cable throttle. I had to block the extra nipple on the pipe. Simple enough, and as far as I can tell, the only real difference in intakes.

Thanks kitt222 but that is the problem I have no cable, throttle is electronic and I can't seem to find one made for the 1zz engine but I will go check out the link you posted I appreciate it ...

What I was saying was that I have an intake made for the 05+ model without cable throttle. The only difference in the pipes is that the 05+ w/ DBW has an extra hose going to the intake.

Interesting that replacement part prices for the Vibe are higher than for the Matrix.
