Anyone know of any replacement strut tower bars for the factory one on an 09 GT? Also anyone know of any other upgraded sway bars ( front or rear )? And what about a bar for the upper rear shock mounts???

To my knowledge, the only suspension modification available for the 2009-2010 Vibe GT is the
TRD front strut brace, although for the price, I don't know as that it would really make much more of a difference then the stock front strut brace. The suspension options are really limited for the 2009-2010 Vibe GT since it has IRS (Independent Rear Suspension). Honestly, questions like this will be better answered on Matrix Owners because the members there do a lot more as far as lowering and other suspension mods with their 2009+ Matrices. There are only a few members here who have lowered 2009-2010 Vibes and only one member that I know of that has the TRD front strut brace and TRD rear anti-sway bar (but his is a 2.4L Base = no IRS).

Thanks for the info. I have posted a couple threads in matrixowners.com regarding suspension... I'm still trying to grasp all the interchangeable parts. Apparently they (matrix guys) can use parts from corollas, scion tc's (motor), and probably a few extras. I'm a liitle confused as to why they would put a strut tower bar in our cars with some sort of damper in it...

Same here. I've thought about getting the TRD one just because it looks like a normal strut brace compared to the factory one, but like I said, for the price, I doubt it would make any major difference in handling over the factory one. Also, it's kind of a PITA
to install.
