I want to replace the wiper blades on my 2009 Vibe GT. I went to Roy Foss in Toronto and was advised that they didn't sell that. I did a search on archives and saw that members bought them at http://www.gmpartscenter.net/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; Unfortunately they do not ship to Canada. Is there another site or place (dealer) that I can buy wiper blade replacements? I want to keep the same ones and just change the rubber if possible.

You should be able to order them from any GM dealer, so I would recommend trying another one since it sounds like the one you went to is full of cr ap.

Go to your local Toyota dealer. The wiper inserts for the Matrix are identical to the ones for the Vibe!

The first dealer said that all they had was the blades including the frame for over 35 dollars. Meanwhile I'm seeing others on here buying it for 6 dollars for the rubber replacements only. Going to try Toyota as suggested.

Looks like Toyota sells them for 9.99 each.

They're probably just lazy and don't want to order them or something. Darn dealership parts department people .

This topic reminded me that I need to get TWO sets of wipers bot both of our 2009 Vibe GT's. I got these 'cause they were what was on the car when I bought it and they worked better than any wiper blades I've ever had on any car.

I couldn't believe it, but I found RainX blades at DOLLERAMA! $3 a piece, got a 22" and 18" for my 2003 GT.

Unreal.

Whoa, I didn't realize you could get a rear wiper blade anywhere. I did the wiper replacement awhile back but can't find the additional wipers I bought. How easy was the installation? Is this for just the wiper or the whole assembly? Thanks for posting!

For Rear Wiper, they usually come a whole blade, the price difference between refill and whole blade is almost neglectable.

Instead of buying a 11 Inch blade the GM specified, you can move up to 12Inch blade (Toyota Matrix)with the same generic fit. It has more coverage and still have at least 1 inch clearance.

I brought mine from local big chain called Canadian tire. But the price is proportional to the blade size.
10" $7.99
11" $ 11.99
12" $ 11.99

I pick the 12" for better coverage.

You can be cheap to pick a 10" without too much performance penalty.

I get my 06's new wiper blades at the local Toyota dealer for really cheap. I want to say $8 for both, but it's probably more like $15 for the set of two. The parts guy said I get a discount as a regular customer...which was foolish, because that just means he'll be seeing more of me than he cares to.
