I am in the process of changing my coolant thermostat. I was trying to take off the alternator. The top bolt came off easy. The bottom bolt is stuck on hard. I didn't want to reef on it too hard and break something. I've used the breaker bar... and still it is stuck. Any tips??

Found this thread with a similar issue

Tried heating up the other nut on it. Still wouldn't move. Now it is pretty well rounded over. Any tips?
Is the nut on the other side the only thread for that bolt? Could I cut off the head and pull it out?

After rounding it off and wd40 and the torch... I ended up using the saw-all and cut off head of the bolt and the area right before the sleave on the alternator. This was made easier because I had the compressor out to change that out. A little easier... Still sucked....
