Welcome! That's a nice looking Vibe.
Try here for the fender retainer:

I didn't see a fastener that looked exactly like the one you need, but I didn't look thoroughly.

Welcome! Those white GTs sure do look nice! I've seen several of them, and the GTs look better in white than most other cars, for sure, especially with tint.
I looked on
http://www.gmpartsdirect.com" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; and they don't show those parts separately. Might look into finding a wrecked one close by on
http://www.car-part.com" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; and see if you can buy the missing parts. If you are not in a hurry, I have a 2010 Vibe by my work that I might be able to pull the knob and plate from the plastic rear panel, but I won't be able to get by there until probably next week.

Thanks! My wife said that white was her last choice. I kept seeing a white midlevel Vibe running around that was really sharpl. I never thought white cars were sharp, but I really like the looks of the Vibe in white. I don't know why. I'll tell you this though, it's about 38 times easier to wash than my black Silverado. Not only is it smaller and shorter, but the white doesn't dry instantly like the black does.
I'm in no hurry for those parts. If you have access to the parts I'd gladly pay you for them. Let me know the details when you get back to work.

Thanks! I'm a truck guy at heart. I'm 6'2" and 250#s. I don't fit in cars that well. I've driven trucks since I was 18. This truck probably wasn't my best decision. It gets a solid 12.4 MPG on premium gas.
This is my first truck. Wanna guess how I got my screen name?

Thanks for the help. I finally figured out why I couldn't find it. It's the front bumper, not the fender. I need parts #4 and #5. I emailed my buddy at the dealer and will have them in short order.

Beautiful looking Vibe. I almost don't think there is a better looking car than one in spotless white.

Seems to be sitting a little high... from the looks of your other truck, that will be fixed soon.
Welcome to Genvibe.

Sure thing. And thanks for posting the link on the bumper fastener parts. Mine is missing one of them too, along with the front splash shield and several other misc fasteners for the rocker moldings and the fender liners. I need to spend about $60 to get the car exterior all buttoned down again. It's amazing what some people do to their cars.

Welcome
The Vibe is just another name for Toyota Matrix. Try a Toyota dealer for your knob or look on eBay or a junk yard for the whole cover
Nice truck

Welcome to GenVibe. What part of Michigan are you from? Update your profile with your "location". Anywhere near the Ohio border? I agree with most everyone here that your White Vibe GT is awesome looking especially with the tint. I'm generally not a fan of light colored cars BUT that is one SHARP looking 09 Vibe GT. Your wife will be proud to cruise around in it. A couple of questions. Have those 18" alloys seen any salt the past two/three winters? If not then spare them for this upcoming winter and get a cheap set of 16" steelies for the winter. Many of us here have been doing just this the past few winters. Again ..................... Welcome

I'm in Lansing. I updated my location. I even added an avatar.
That G8 is awesome. If money were no object, I would have bought here a G8 GT. I think those are completely badass. It would suck having my wife have a car that is faster than my truck though.
My wheels look like new. I bought it in Indianapolis, and it looks like it lived it's life there. That's a great idea to switch out winter wheels. What other cars are a direct fit?
trb- no problem on the link. I'll look forward to hearing from you on that knob. My car was missing the parts that I previousley mentioned, and three of the round plugs that hold the ground effects in place. I guess it could be worse.
Adam- Thanks! My wife really wanted red. Truth is, I was value shopping. I really didn't want black or that lighter blue. Other than that, I was game for whatever color I could find a deal on.

Tell your wife she has GOOD taste (my Vibe is the red one

). Also the G8GT is the wife's car

. We sold our 7 year old trailblazer EXT a couple years ago and she "downsized" back to a sports sedan. Didn't need all that room anymore since the kids are grown up. She LOVES it

Definitely look into winter tires. Any "take offs" from a Toyota Camry will fit the Vibe GT's. Shop around and you'll find some. Other members here will chime in and give you advise also. Good luck

I love the white. I love white cars period. My last car was white, so I was sick of it at the time. Silver's awesome too! Welcome to the site!

Very nice vibe and the trucks look great to! I saw the old picture and I have to say that you and I come from a very similar background with mini trucks.
