I have a 750mL unopened bottle of "Midleton Very Rare Irish Whisky - drawn from cask and bottled in 1985. Ser. # 10564." Very good condition. Just the bottle - not the wooden box.
Some preliminary research indicates it might be worth several hundred dollars. Anyone here know anything about this?

I can accurately assess the value of it for you if you like, however, to do so, most of the product would be lost to "testing"

I would love to help evaluate..
I don't know anything about expensive booze, but I'll try. Most that I drink should be done so out of a paper bag for the optimal effect.

I guess I should have known that people who drive Vibes probably aren't the demographic for having expertise in $350 bottles of rare whisky - I know I'm not.
