hey y'all-

just bought my first vibe a few weeks ago! A 2007 w/ 42k miles. Got a good deal on it and figured I'd start off right with the maintenance. So first I wanted to ask what you would recommend as far as scheduled maintenance, given I just got it and have no records of what's been done other than the dealer doing an oil change. It runs like a dream so no real concerns there.

The only issue so far is that the front left wheel makes a rattling noise when I go over bumps. I saw that there's a TSB on that issue, but since I can't access alldata I'm not sure about the cause. Its also making an intermittent squeaking kinda of noise which I'm fairly certain is the pads needing replacement, but I havent had time to take the wheels off.

anyways, its nice to meet everyone on here, and I look forward to being a part of the vibe community! They are pretty awesome vehicles

Welcome! Sounds like you got a good car there. My son's Vibe has 55,000 miles, and all we've done is oil changes and air & cabin filter changes, and the front brakes since they were starting to squeal a bit. Just do the factory recommended services in the owners manual, if you got it. They are available online if you did not. People on here have 200K+ miles just doing the factory services.

Good luck on it and post some pics!
