eBay seller recommendation for halogen bulbs, HIDs, etc.

I recently ordered a total of 5 pairs (10 bulbs) from an awesome seller on eBay. He had a few listings for 2 and 4 pairs of bulbs and he made mention in those auctions about contacting him for price breaks for ordering more than 4 pairs, so I did. I told him what I wanted and he replied quickly and said he could do $185.00 shipped for 1 pair of Sylvania SilverStar zXe 9006s (retail - $59.99 a pair), 2 pairs of Sylvania SilverStar zXe 9005s (retail - $59.99 a pair) and 2 pairs of Nokya hyper yellow Stage 1 9145s (retail - approximately $25.00-$30.00 a pair). Needless to say, at $18.50 a bulb (or it was like getting the Nokya bulbs free!), I jumped on the deal! He sent an invoice to my mom's PayPal account. I sent the payment on Friday May 18th. The bulbs were shipped out via the USPS from San Francisco on Saturday May 19th and I received a tracking number via eBay the same day. The bulbs arrived in Sandwich, Illinois on Monday May 21st.

I was so pleased with his prices and customer service that I figured I would pass his info along for anyone looking for halogen bulbs and/or HIDs.

Nice find Carrie ;) It's always a bonus when the vendor your dealing with is open to negotiating on prices & quantity. I'm going to check out your Vibe "after hours" when at the Erie meet and maybe I'll do the same to mine.

I am very happy with the Nokya hyper yellow bulbs in the fog lights. I thought the yellow light may be too distracting compared to the white light of the headlights, but it's actually hardly noticeable on the road in front of the vehicle while driving. It is way more noticeable off to the sides of the road, but is not distracting at all. I can't wait to get some rain and/or fog so I can see how the yellow fog lights perform in those conditions.

The headlights are slightly brighter and whiter then the SilverStar Ultras I had previously. The eBay seller actually mentioned something about Sylvania's newest zXe model bulbs being released soon. I messaged him back asking him if he had any more info on these new bulbs, but haven't heard back yet. Perhaps they will be bulbs I'll have to look into in the future.

I am finally going to take some comparison pictures of the old and new lights tonight to post.
