While coming back to work from lunch today, I was driving on a four lane road without too much traffic on it. I was in the far right lane, which vears off to another street making it turn into three lanes. So I moved one lane to the left. In the far left lane, I see a car turning onto a side street and the car following in the same lane which is almost beside me get over into the middle lane. I am going slightly faster, but I decided to back down just in case she decided to get over without looking. Guess what...she started getting over into my lane without looking! She barely gets in front of me and as she does, I get on the Hella's! I think it kind of shocked her because she swerved from side to side in front of me. As she is doing that, I notice that she has a damn phone stuffed in her ear! Talk about irritating! If I had not been paying attention, I would be filling out a police report. Anyways, she gets into the far right lane that veared off and as I passed her, she puts her hand up as to say, "sorry" with the phone still stuck in her ear! Oh well. I know the horns are loud enough now, especially with her reaction!

Well-First I'm glad you and your Vibe weren't hurt!Now I really,really have a BIG problem with people driving with their cell phone --I have gotten into near misses myself.I do understand that NORMAL accidents happen but I swear IF I am ever in an accident and the other person who must be a fault is on their phone I will sue and make their life a living hell!I wish laws would be put into place .WOW! Thanks for letting me blow off steam but that is a real sore spot with me. I hate phones--PERIOD !!! James

I made sure that I could see her face in the mirror so that I was not in her blind spot. I always try to make sure I am aware of what other drivers are doing and where they may possilbly go.

That's a good idea to stay out of her blind spot. I do the dame thing. Congrats on scaring the (removed) out of her! You never know, she might have even peed her pants from the sound of you hellas.Shadow Realm
