this is part of the gas sheild bolt underneath the car.anybody got this or where can i find this?

i guess it's called the fuel tank sheild bolt.i think i remember there was a auto parts junk pick n pull online being advertised in this forum.anybody know the link of it? either it was removed or in some other forum.i really need this bolt
