What is that weird grey piping between the body of the car and the cladding called? A bunch of mine is shrunken to crap and it looks horrendous. I'd like to replace it. Is that possible? Also I have no idea how to get my roof racks off. I just want to paint the aluminum rods. -_-;; It's so hard!!I'm having a bad car day and I sliced up my thumb trying to get the plastic caps off and I can't find the paint I wanted and I'm frustrated!! DX lol

The thin strip of rubber stuff between the wheel opening cladding and the body?If yours are still grey you're doing good. Usually they turned a rusty color. This thread shows some seals on the front fenders, that might be them. But if that is, they're like $60-90 each depending on where you look. I would check with a dealer and have them look 'em up.

Oh my god, that's so bad!! ._.;; lol Yeah, it's all still grey, but it's shrinking and there are like one inch gaps in places. Has anyone figured anything out for this other than buying new seals?

At least yours are still unpainted. The loser which repainted my car after her wreck just stuck everything together and painted it; quality be damned! Thus, the clear protector thingy and the weatherstripping is painted with the car, and since the plastic grows and shrinks, my paint is chipping in some places. Meh, I'll fix it! It's nothing that can't be un-done!The roof racks are easy, once you know how to do it. This is how it's done.
