09 A/C inop.

Can not hear it cycling, so I don't know if it is the relay or PCM or clutch.Tried to guess which relay it was, and could not. I went with the one closest to battery, but it does not click when ac is cycled on. The cover for the engine compartment and the manual for the car are a joke, none of them match what is actually in the car. It only has 29K miles on it. Anyone know for sure where the relay is, and where the fuse is?Thanks mates!
