Hi everyone. I'm new to this forum. I never knew this exsisted. I have a 04 vibe, salsa. I just got the bug to make some changes and this forum has been a huge help. Thank you all for all the good info. So far i've replaced the intake with a K&N short ram, bought a magnaflow cat back, not installed yet, changed rims and tires, repalced stock radio with a JVC, added 2 Alpine type R 12s, soundstream amp, and tinted at 35%. I took off the roof rack cross bars, and sold them through this forum, and have plans to take out the rear wiper and motor and sell. I really don't use the rear wiper. I think lowering springs will be next. Does anyone know if there are any aftermarket tail light covers? I'd like to replace them with something fresh. I'll try to get some pics on here when i figure out how.Update: catback magnaflow exhaust installed on march 10th. Sounds sweet.Still cant figure how to post pics, but i wont give up.

Welcome! It's always nice to see new members Regarding the tail light covers, what I've seen some people do is put some red film over them to make them completely red, and I think that looks quite good. There were also some chrome surrounds floating around, from the JDM Toyota Voltz, but I don't know how accessible those are... I do believe someone on this forum had them on. Anyone have more insight about those?

I use imageshack, you just upload your pictures there, you can select what resolution to re-size them to (I use 640x480 and it's a good size), then you choose the Direct Link option and copy that link.Then, when you're writing your message, there's a button up top next to the Bold, Italic and Underline buttons, it's like two mountains. You click that and it puts the image tags in, and you paste the direct link in between. Alternately, you can just type [ IMG ] before your direct link, and [ /IMG ] after your link. Without the spaces, of course.

Photobucket works well too!

Welcome Sounds like you've got a definite plan for your Vibe and the plan sounds real good. Post pics of all your progress and don't ever hesitate to ask anything you need to know, on this forum here. The guys & gals here are 2nd to none when it comes to Vibe knowledge

I didn't know Japan sold a version of the Vibe. The Matrix I could see. Is the Voltz the father of the Vibe? Looks identical.

I think it's more like its twin brother. A Toyota in Pontiac cladding, of sorts. They had a slightly different front bumper, with a different grill.Fun fact: Did you know Toyota marketed the Chevrolet Cavalier in Japan, as the Toyota Cavalier?

I had a Toyota Cavalier trunk lid liner on my 2002 Sunfire SE Sedan that got traded in for the Vibe.
