owners manual package?

mine came with only the owners manual book; albeit slightly mangled. didn't even have the protective cover nor anything else.did the 2006 vibes come w the vinyl or cloth cover? i'm finding ones on ebay showing one or the other.thanks.also what other books or pamphlets came w the package?
