Havent had much luck finding anything for my 09, any leads?

TRD makes one for the 09 and up matrix. As long as your not GT or AWD that one is fine to use. As to whether the sway bar actually helps improve performance is a whole other debate. Theres two things I can say for certain about the TRD sway bar, it's red and VERY shiney! I like things that are shiney so it's all good in my book.

So, are there any sway bar upgrades for an '09 or '10 AWD Vibe (either from Toyota or aftermarket)?

Being in the industry I had a friend at one of the spring manufacture custom make a 22mm solid rear anti-roll bar for me.

I've bench tested the OE '09 and TRD Anti roll bar on a spring dyno found very little difference in spring rate between the two. Actually this doesn't surprise me that much because TRD probably engineered the ARB to work with the TRD springs. The general rule of thumb for a streetable performance suspension is:

stiffer springs/ softer ARB,
softer springs/ stiffer ARB.

Working in the aftermarket parts manufacturing industry. The other consideration is the manufacture has to consider product liability when selling a product to the public. Even though TRD parts are sold as performance parts There was a team of lawyers out there that had their say before the produce ever hit a public road. Marketing on the other hand knows that making it shine and bright colored = more performance in the space between the ears.

There are things you can do to improve handling in a FWD car.

Softer front springs - Stiffer rear springs
Smaller front ARB - Stiffer rear ARB
Raise front end - Lower rear end

On my own car In addition to custom rear ARB I had another friends shop cast urethane donut spring damper/spacers to increase the spring rate of the rear springs by reducing the number of active coils of the springs.
