Spark Plug Preference

Soon as spring gets here I was planning to change the spark plugs as I will be over 100,000 miles by then (currently 98,683). So while looking around on here and on O'Reily's website....there is several OE Style/Type Iridium plugs. So, I was just curious as to what the GenVibe community preferred? From what I had seen....it looked like NGK. I was thinking about getting the Bosch as they were already pre-gapped. Its been prolly 15 years since I last changed spark plugs on a car (my first car, 1981 Pontiac Grand Prix Brougham).Bosch Iridium9600 - http://www.oreillyauto.com/sit...C0334 - OE RecommendedAutolite Extreme Performance XP3924 - http://www.oreillyauto.com/sit...C0334 - OE StyleNKG Laser Iridium 4996 - http://www.oreillyauto.com/sit...C0334 - OE StyleChampion Iridium 9002 - http://www.oreillyauto.com/sit...C0334 - OE Type

Definitely NGK. Throw them in and don't think about it again for another 100K miles. They should all come pre-gapped.

I had 128K on my plugs, changed them just because I thought they probably needed changed with that many miles. Old ones didn't look that bad, weren't missing and getting good gas mileage (28-31 hwy). I wouldn't change them if I were you unless you're having problems. BTW - NGK

Just did mine after 117,000 miles and the original ones were NGKs. I replaced them with NGKs that came pre-gapped. Here's my post on it. http://forums.genvibe.com/zerothread?id=46340

I use NGK in mine, my dad's corolla and mom's Rav4. About to put some in our Nissan D21 if I can find the blasted gap for copper plugs....
