I posted this a little while back. Notice though that they're hitting on defunct cars. Bluh, the Vibe is a great car, as is the Saturn Vue, Firebird and Solstice, but trying to pass some of them off as practical is ridiculous! Obviously the Caravan can hold more, but it's a bigger vehicle. That isn't exactly the definition of practicality, if so a box truck would be the most practical thing on the road. Vibe gets much better gas mileage, and also, it's not a minivan - a fact that means I actually own one.

Best of both worlds - I have a well equipped SWB 2007 Chrysler T&C msrp 23,000 bought new dirt cheap ($15,500 plus tax) AND a 2009 Vibe bought new 20%+ cheaper. I am semi retired - work out of a home office. We don't drive much - at this rate we are good until at least 2020.

The "tool" in this case would be the person who made the commercial.

I have had several Chrysler/Plymouth minivans over the years - 1987, 1996, 1998, 2004 and 2007. No lemons among them. Just lucky I guess.I also had a 1993 Plymouth Colt Vista Wagon - made by Mitsubishi.

I'd say we're the ones with "mini" vans. Everything else out there is "maxi". This suits our family of 4 more than adequately. Nice lookin' 5 btw, CV!

I always see those Mazdas and think they're pretty neat looking for a minivan !

I like those Mazdas, they are very roomy and they don't look like minivans at first glance till you look closely and realize the rear doors slide out instead of opening up like the front.As for Chrysler, I will not touch them with a 10 foot pole. The company that invented the minivan is also the company that would not know reliability or customer service if it bit them in the rear
