Vibe Stock Stereo

Hey Guys, I was over at the Matrix message boards and I noticed that a lot of people were having problems with their CD-players making a rubbing noise, especially when braking. I haven't seen this with mine, but I have noticed that it does produce a faint but annoying whine, and the volume sensitivity is terrible. If there are indeed problems with most of the stereos, it might warrant a recall. What experiences have you guys had? That brings me to my next point, any one from the bay area, CA know of a good car stereo installer who does good work, but doesn't charge an arm and a leg to do it? Also, does anyone want to buy a low mileage 6 disc in dash CD receiverfor a Vibe?!
