Annual OnStar Renewal Dance

Noticed that my 12.95/mo fee was billed at 18.55 on January 13, 2012.Also got an email that my minutes were expiring.After being told that my old rate was only for 6 months, I told her that is what I have been paying for the past 2 years. I said I would just cancel. Rep put me on hold, came back in a minute and said they would give me the $12.95 rate for another year. I asked about the minutes - "no, they do not carryover". I again balked - then she said as a one time gesture they would extend my minutes until 1-23-13. I told her fine, we would just repeat this dance again next year. Then I asked for a $5.60 credit for the $18.55 I was overcharged in Jan. She sent me to another person who took care of that - a slip of the tongue by that lady led me to believe that they have an $8.95 rate. Maybe I should call back????
