I had my vibe since Oct 2009 and is currently @ 35,000kms. I haven't done any maintenance beside oil change, tire rotations and a wheel alignment at around 28,000kms... Am I due for anything yet?The car is runs smoothly but recently developing some kind of noise around the front right suspension area... A friend told me to hose it down a bit once weather gets warmer...

I am at 3 years, 15,000 miles (approx 25,000 km I think) and have just done oil changes, tire rotations and wiper blade replacement. Also just had the engine air filter replaced - that might not really have been necessary but manual says every 30,000 miles or 2 years whichever comes first so I figured 3 years 15,000 miles was a good compromise. Battery holding up fine. Of course the dealer was recommending a relatively costly inspect this and inspect that service. They supposedly do a rather thorough inspection as part of the oil change service. I think they would notice anything that is serious - which is why I go to the dealer for oil changes, in addition to the fact that their prices are even less than the quick lube shops. Only downside is the wait is longer - I just take along ample reading material.

Looks like you're right at par for the maintenance on your Vibe. I'm similar to jake75 with just over 11000 miles (18000 km) and I've only had ONE oil change. Will give it it's 2nd oil change this spring. Winter tires are on it but they really haven't seen much snow yet. Leave the Vibe alone for now and simply DRIVE it

I'll have had mine 3 years this July; I just rolled over to 86000 miles. I've done oil changes, had the brakes changed once, 2 alignments, and I'm on the 3rd set of tires. That's all I can think of thats been done. Mine's developed several rattles, but I'm not too concerned since I'm getting on up there in miles.

We're approaching 3 years of ownership on both our 2009 GTs (April 11th & May 23rd). Mine just turned over 29,000 miles and my mom's has just under 29,000. I have done all oil changes (every 2500 miles) and tire rotations (every 5000 miles) myself on both of them. I replaced both cabin air filters at 15,000 miles and will replace them again at 30,000 per the owner's manual (I use the air compressor to blow any crap out of them when I change the oil though so they don't get too dirty). I will be replacing the windshield and rear wiper blades come springtime (still the original blades and they still work great!). I am also going to be getting Red Top batteries for both within the next month or so (both batteries are fine, just wanting to replace them before they die on us). I am also thinking they both may be due for alignments soon, but other than that, no issues here either. It's certainly been a great (almost) 3 years !

Almost at 3 years...Many oil changes, a few transmission fluid changes, 2 air filters, one windshield replacement (and another come spring), 3 tire changes (will be 5 come spring as I need new summer and winter rubber), need to blow out the cabin air filter again, possible alignment (we'll see), soon new rubber for the front wipers, rear wiper was replaced a few months ago... 115xxxkmsWe'll see about a car wash too.....
