Lost Control of Fog Lights and One Headlight

For a 2009 GT:I had an HID system in my car for the headlights and for the fogs. I got new slimmer ballasts so I could mount them all in one spot. Long story short, when I got everything installed and reconnected the battery, I lost control of my fogs and only one headlight works. The fogs won't turn on at all; the indicator light on the dash won't come on.The passenger headlight is the only one that works. I deleted all of the ballasts and put the old, standard headlights back in. The passenger one is still the only one coming on.I'm not changing the fogs back just yet because that takes way too long and I don't have the space to do it.I checked the fuses in the cabin (#24 according to the manual) and in the engine bay (#14 according to the manual); both were tip top.Turn signals, hazards, parking lights, and interior lights all work. Can't tell if the brake lights work because I'm flying solo and my dog is not smart enough to push the pedal. The car started up without hesitation. My Scangauge is not throwing any codes either so I guess that is a blessing! Is there another fuse, switch, or breaker I can check? I thought I heard a snap like the sound of a fuse blowing when I turned on the headlights but I could totally be making that up just so I can blame something. I can't be sure about it though.I hope the electrical system isn't fried in some way!As always, any help would be appreciated!I do have a mulitmeter at my disposal so if one is needed, that is no problem. I just don't know how to use it because I am not the greatest electrician.
