see video:http://youtu.be/12QVWcDmuXUIs this a engine mount or another mount that is worn? Should I be concerned and get this fixed asap?

Mine makes that noise also. It only happens after the car has been driven, and goes away after it cools off.It has done it for years and the noise hasn't gotten any worse, so it's probably nothing serious (I hope).

same here -- its been over a year since it started, seems to happen more when it's damp out. Just curious since I also developed a thunk on the front passenger side when driving over bumps/turning. I have new Tokico struts already bought to replace my original struts -- just waiting for the snow to melt

Thump could be.... ball joint, tire rod end, worn control arm bushings, worn sway bar mounts, worn shock or upper strut bearing assembly.I didn't listen to your squeal though.Dave

Agreed on the bushings, most likely front sway bar. Hit them with a silicone spray, move the bar back and forth a little bit if possible to spread it around. The end links also each have 2 bushings on them, check these for obvious rips or damage. They're inexpensive/easy to replace too. Control arm bushings not so much.
