Codes P0441, P0442, P0446

This is my first time posting.I have a 2004 base model vibe. I have three codes that keep popping up with the check engine light. P0441 Evap Cntrl System Purge Flow FaultP0442 Evap System Small LeakP0446 Evap Cntrl System Vent Ckt MalfunctionThese codes only pop up when it is warm outside, above 60-65 degrees. When it is cold outside they don't show up at all.When I bought my vibe I found that the gas line form the external fuel port to the gas tank had been patched back together pipe clamps and a piece of rubber. Could this be leaking during the heat and causing the codes to pop up?Just wanting to see if anybody else knew anything before I replace the part and spend over $100 bucks on the gas line.
