Yesterday in the mail I got a flyer from Pontiac with an attached keyring card that had a phone number and a url, www,pontiac.com. Today I checked out http://www.pontiac.com to see what they had.Went to owners -> Owner resources -> Find your manual and got a page ( http://www.pontiac.com/owners/....html ) that said:Contrary to what the web page said, the selection lists did actually offer Pontiacs to choose from, and seemed to offer owners manual stuff for pontiacs back to 1993.(Easier to just download the manuals here, from http://forums.genvibe.com/zerothread?id=1010 )I don't plan to use the web site much, but I got a kick out of the brand typo

LOL! That reminds me of when I called OnStar to set up my free trial when I first got the Vibe. The OnStar rep said, "First off, let me congratulate you on the purchase of your new Saturn Vibe!" I sat there quiet for a second and then thought to myself, "And I'm supposed to call you if I have an emergency!?! I would end up dying because the emergency crews would be looking for a Saturn Vibe and they'd drive right by me!!!"

Cut-and-paste dead-brand website info FTL. Then again how likely is it that you'd even use their sites to begin with. I think it'd just be fun to leave their configurators up, just so people like me can mess around with them. Like I do on so many other sites.
