How to Protect Rear Wiper Motor?

I don't want to make yet another post on this subject, but after having such a difficult hunt and considering how much they cost, this is important to me!! Could you guys post some ideas on how I can keep sand and road salt out of my wiper motor and keep it maintained?

Grease the housing.

I took the arm off mine,I dont like the rear wiper.

Thanks guys!! What kind of grease do you recommend?
