2003 Vibe Clutch STIFF??? Any one?

Howdy....Just picked up a 2003 Vibe 80,000 KM. The clutch seems really hard to push compared to my previous car. Can you adjust the ease of pushing the clutch? As well I notice the clutch is right at the top? Any adjustments? Thanks guys....

the clutch acts much like the brakes do, as it works hydraulicly with the master cylinder to push the slave cylinder, thus making the clutch do it's job. the clutch will stay that stiff, but over time will decrease in stiffness, from the pressure plate wearing down and weakening. this takes a long time to do so, so there isn't any adjustment possible. neither with the pedal is there any.

You will get used to it as your leg gets stronger from the work out. lol
