I have a '03 vibe with moons and tunes. I recently acquired a Rockford Fosgate HE2 10" subwoofer from a friend. I dont know a whole lot about car stereos but does anyone know if i can use the stock 200W amp that comes with the moons and tunes to hook up this subwoofer? Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

i highly doubt that amp is big enough to push it, at least not to its full ability.

eh i dont care if i can push it to its full ability, at least until i can afford to buy a new amp. I just need a little boom boom for now. Do you know if i can even hook it up to that amp?

the amp under the seat powers your door speakers it will power those or a sub but not both and anyway its a full range amp to power a sub without distortion you want low range you could buy a crossover but you might as well just buy a amp.

Not possible to power all speakers and sub off of the amp- good luck getting it all hooked up

Don't recommend it... The 200W (max!) amp really only has enough juice to run the 6 speakers. Besides, you'll need a crossover anyway for the sub, better to wait and save up a few bucks for a amp.

Thanks for your help everyone! I think im going to head over to Audio Express and get a mono amp to power this. A 200W amp would be way too weak to power the 600W max subwoofer.
