GenVibe - Community for Pontiac Vibe Enthusiasts

I haven't been on in a long time, on the account of my '03 Frosty's second motor giving up on me. But after a year or so, I missed the Vibe so much, I went out and bought another. :DThis time, It's an '03 Neptune 5 speed. Pictures will be available shortly. Keep in mind, the car has been in a collision (the only way I could afford to get one) and should be back on the road in a week or so. During the time I owned my last Vibe, this community was a great information resource, and an all around fun place to kill time. The Vibe community is one of the most friendly communities I have seen. I really look forward to becoming an active member once again, as I put my personal touches on my new ride. :DOne more thing; You know I'm a serious Vibe enthusiast if I just sold my 1988 5.0 Mustang 5 speed that ran low 13's to get into another one!

Thanks guys! I'll have the pictures up here soon. It'(removed) moderately in the front, drivers side. Front bumper and fender, but more importantly, possibly some suspension damage. I'm looking at buying a donor car, 2004 Monochromatic Neptune, no body damage, to make mine monochromatic. And to get the suspensions and body panels I need.The good news is, I have plenty of money from selling my Mustang to get the Vibe completely road worthy, and then get a head start on some mods such as CAI, Exhaust, 17" wheels, and other odds and ends.

Well that is a bit of a dent Might buff out though Nothing like the fun of a minor rebuild!!!

Good news! The buyer just came through! As I'm at work right now, my dad is getting the money and immediatley going to get the vibe! It'll be at it's new home tonight I'm so excited!

It has taken much longer than I would have liked. The mustangs buyer fell through and it's now back on craigslist. But I managed to pinch every penny I could and I finally got my vibe to it's new home. I have the headlights, bumper, fender, and suspension all off the car, and now I'm waiting on parts shouldn't be too much longer now

I'll take some pics of the car torn down when I get home, because pics are just so fun to look at

Yay!! I can't wait to see it back on the road.
