Anyone here knows how to adjust the oem roof rack bars? I need at least 40 inch in between and I dont want to break the plastic cover as I have no freakin clue how to adjust them.... Please help. Pictures will be nice for me (and others).Thanks

I'm fairly certain that there is no adjustment front to back on the '09-'10 roof rack. Sorry.
