I hear a loud creek when I turn the steering wheel when the car isn't moving or is moving very slowly during parking. Is this a sign of a potential failure or is this normal?

mine is just a click noise..only when the car is not moving and turning the steering wheel.I did the brake service on font pads but the noise still there..somebody said around 48 000km/36000 miles their steering shaft making noise and end up replacing from their certified used warrantee
