that's why, when in Portland for this event, you don't rent a bicycle, or if you do, you bring your OWN seat, or at least put a baggie over it

Um, yeah, the going up all those steps part...that's gotta be an interesting view. Or not. Definetely like the creativity of the flask and the advertising. I wonder how much ridership increases during that? How about tourism? Gov, are you paying any attention?
