Long story short. Battery light has been coming on & off. I had the car tested at Advance auto alt & battery are fine.....but I do have something that is draining the battery. I did simple things like removed the cigaretta lighter, but never had this problem in any of my cars before so this is new to me. How do I trace a battery drain???

Is this a recent development? Or has it done it from the start? Do you have an alarm or auto start?

Apparently you're not alone:http://www.caliberforumz.com/s...33130h ... /s...34473(No definite solutions posted, though.)But here is at least a lead, if you have the factory Security Package with anti-theft:http://www.caliberforums.com/f...18402Owner pulled the "IOD Feed Intrus Mod/Siren", fuse #21 (10 Amp Red) for the factory alarm system, and apparently it helped.

as kostby has already linked, sounds like there is an open relay/circut that is causing the drain.

Thanks guys. I have been doing some research on the caliber forums. I actually read one of the threads that was posted. This one will be an experience for me. I have never had a car with a battery drain problem. I figure the car hs a small drain cause after 4 days it cranks right up, not slow or anything. The battery light is on though.
