i looking at getting a CAI for my 2003 base vibe what would be the best to get i see a lot of people saying injen and when i looked they all said for gt not base will a gt fit on a base

I called them to ask about fitment for a 2006 Base model. As per Injen, their CAI will not fit the base model. I opted for the Cosmo racing brand.
