I'll be doing a coolant flush on my wifes 2007 vibe with 116,000 miles. I've been reading that you drain it from the radiator and the drain plug on the bottom of the engine. What are the steps to refill and make sure everything is full. With me draining it from the block and the radiator does that eliminate the need to fill and drain 5 times. It has dexcool in it now.

In theory, yes. You could also take the thermostat out and flush the system, then replace with a new thermostat. Don't forget to turn the heat control to hot so you flush the heater core as well!
