Where any of you a part of it back in the early/mid 90's???I lived in Buffalo NY and well, Buffalo and NY in general was famous for the Hardcore movement...While most of you wouldn't quantify it as music these days, I lived, breathed, sweat and BLED this when I was in highshool and beyond...Well, recently doing some Facebook reminiscing with old friends, someone shared a link, which led to a link which led to this....I'm dating myself here, BIG TIME.. but.. Me, 10th grade, 1990... at about my 40th concert or "show" at that point and in those days, cause you never really knew if anyone was going to "show" or NOT...Scrawny kid on stage in the gray Fast Break long sleeve...http://www.youtube.com/watch?v...CP9pklolerskates...

Sweet, I've been to my share of shows in Buffalo and Western/Central NY. Was Lucky enough to catch Gorilla Biscuits and Murphys Law together at a show in Syracuse a few years back!

No kidding... Civ and the boys are still mixin it up... awesome... Yeah, I wasn't expecting a HUGE response out of this, but here you are... we relate.. lol.. A lot of it looks like screaming, and it is, but we where upset with the world at the time (still are) Young, pent up aggression, released in a manner that was basically controlled fighting... lol... The great things was, when someone got knocked down, 6 where there to pick you up, just to get knocked down again... Fight Club free-for-all, to music, with a message... Now that I think about it, I was a nut.. lol...

Not bad! You don't see too many shows like that out here. Although Suffocation does tour regularly!

Attended Suffocation concert in Montreal back at the time for Effigy of the Forgotten tour...I was much into brutal metal at the time.Brutal metal was still very underground in 1989-92, Morbid Angel Blessed are the Sicks tour at Les Foufounes Electriques is one of my all time favorite concert...Entombed was opening for them
