The car was in storage for a few months while I was out of the country. Now, it will take a cd in, play it just fine, but it gives me grief when I try to take a cd out of it. You have to keep pressing the eject button until it pokes out just enough to grab it.Ideas?

Give it a good cleaning/beating and if it still gives you grief then go aftermarket! I'm not going to dicker around if/when something on mine breaks. It's straight to Future shop or wherever to buy something new. It doesn't need to be the most expensive or superflashy, it just needs to get the job done!BTW I havn't listened to a CD on mine in at least 4 months...

Any aftermarkets you would recommend for me?

Bear in mind please, that I use XM radio and Onstar regularly, so it has to support that. Am I looking at a huge cost here, you think?

You'd have to buy adapters for them. I'm not sure what the cost would be. Could always just try to find one out of a car at a salvage yard. I prefer the stock look myself. Mismatched lighting drives me nuts. They did such a great job of matching the orange everything in the car, but made the speedometer red/white. Good job. Not.

Right... Right.... and if I was able to get my hands on a stock unit, then it would just plug and play, right? It sounds like the Premium package (Moon and Tunes) is pretty set... if you got it, you got it, and don't try to mess with it.
