What Happened when you let a beginner drive your car.... They hit a wall, Estimated $1,500-2,100 dollars in repairs to the car.... The wall will be 600 dollars.... all out of my pocket

Dopuble Ouch Who was this beginnner? Hopefully somebody who can pay you back at some point in your life It looks like they couldn't find the brake pedal in time before contact with the wall was made My 16 yr old son is beginning to drive and I was willing to let him learn on my Vibe GT but it is stick and he doesn't want to learn stick (yet anyways). So he'll be learning in his OWN Vibe. We pick it up Saturday. Then he can damage his own Vibe if any unfortunate things ever happen to it. Good luck on the repairs

He liked mine so much (except the tranny issue as stated earlier) that he got an identical one to mine, but it's not red ....................... it's NEPTUNE 2009 Navy Blue metallic Vibe GT, 36k miles. It's down in the Cincinnatti area and was a Kentucky car. Moderate corrosion/salt/dings/chips/etc. compared to others I looked at up my way which were much worse due to the more severre winter conditions. Plus he is putting HALF of his own money down on this car. Us parents will help him out with the rest. He is really excited We all are actually. And YES he WILL sign up on this forum

It is a sharp color though and I don't see too many 09-10's out there in this Navy Blue. Definitely will do a photo session this weekend & post pics

Yeah end result, paid 2100 out of pocket.... I love my car. The painters did extra work for me and painted my hood and my Roof, and gave me 3 coats of clear... and had my car washed waxed and looking like the day I bought it...... Exceptional Work, Ill post some pictures soon....tpollauf: good to know your son wants a vibe, I would have love to have a Matrix Xrs or Vibe GT, but at the time the Xr was a great buy for me... He'll come to want your car in the near future LoL

I'm sorry. You should make them pay you back for everything with interest!
