$99 for an alignment seems about normal... the rest is just conveiniently doable as the wheels are off anyways... Although do you really need an alignment with only 27000km?

Alignment> you only have 45-50% tread left no need.I believe brake service included brake inspection which should cover by warranty, which all you need is complain about break noise.

Visual Safety Inspection? I didn't ask what it is... but seems to be covering more mechanical items... as well, I need a tire rotation...

Visual safety inspection: That's where they look up and say "ehhhhhh, everything looks about normal!"

Yes, go for it,3. you should say the following : My wife have good hearing, she said the car makes squeaking noise when stopping, which happened frequently during winter time she claim the car is not safe, and brake pedal feels little bit shimmy when apply the brake, tell the dealer to see if the pads are sticking..they will give you a complementary brake inspection and brake service for free from your 3 yr 36k bumper to bumper warranty. From their diagnostic, they will also indicate how much pad lining remain and listed on your invoice.4. no extra charge, go with that...you only pay for oil change and tire rotation.
